Terms of Service

These terms cover the PawPath website and the PawPath app (the “Service”), provided by Urban Designs (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf. A separate written agreement with your organization, if there is one, takes precedence over these terms.

Accounts

Each user needs their own account. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. Your organization's administrators control who has access and what each person can see.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per paid seat, annually in advance, unless your order says otherwise. One-time onboarding and pilot fees are set out in your order. Prices are shown on our pricing section or in your order. You can add or remove users and change plans; changes apply from the next billing period unless agreed otherwise. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing. If payment is late, we may suspend access after giving notice.

Your data

Your organization owns the information it puts into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you add, including clinic contacts. You can export your data at any time, and when your subscription ends we will provide an export on request before deleting it. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam or messages people did not agree to receive, upload harmful code, try to get around security, or access data you are not allowed to see. Emails and text messages sent through the Service must follow applicable laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and your recipients' choices to opt out.

Optional SMS notifications are described in our SMS Terms & Consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Third-party services

Some features use services you choose to connect, such as email delivery, text messaging or mapping providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and their fees are separate unless included in your plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important, we will let customers know in advance.

Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service at the end of any billing period. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections about data, payment owed, liability and disputes continue after the Service ends.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Reports, estimates (such as mileage and referral trends) and suggestions are aids to your judgment, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let customers know before they take effect.
