Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Urban Designs (“we”, “us”) handles information on the PawPath website (pawpath.us) and in the PawPath app. Questions: info@pawpath.us.

Information we collect

When you contact us: your name, email, phone, company, team size and message.
When your organization uses the app: user account details (name, email, phone, role) and the business information your team enters, such as clinic accounts and contacts, visits, routes, mileage, follow-ups, CE events and referral reports.
Mobile numbers for text messages: if a user turns on SMS notifications, the mobile number and their choices about which reminders to receive.
Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To provide, maintain and support the PawPath service for your organization
To reply to your messages and demo requests
To send the account notifications and reminders users choose, including text messages
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

We use mobile numbers only to send the notifications a user asked for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run PawPath, such as hosting, email delivery and text message delivery providers, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Within the app, information your team enters is visible to the people in your organization according to the roles and permissions your administrators set.

Your organization's data

Business data entered into the app belongs to the organization that uses PawPath. We process it on that organization's behalf and follow its instructions. Administrators can export their data at any time. When an organization stops using PawPath, we delete or return its data as agreed.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal reasons, then delete it. Contact-form messages are kept in our email as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password protection with sign-in limits, role-based access and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us about anything suspicious.

Cookies

The website and app use only the cookies needed to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@pawpath.us. If your information was entered by your organization, we may refer your request to it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

PawPath is a business service and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let customers know.
